How is the file limit counted?

Each processed file counts towards your plan's monthly limit. For example, if you upload 10 invoices, you consume 10 files from the limit. The counter resets automatically at the beginning of each month.

How does duplicate detection work?

We use a hybrid 8-layer system that combines several cascading techniques:

  1. SHA-256 Hash: Instant detection of exact binary duplicates
  2. PDF Metadata: Comparison of document properties (CreationDate, ModDate)
  3. Layout Analysis: Analysis of document structure and dimensions
  4. Invoice Metadata (OCR): Extraction of Tax ID + Invoice Number for intelligent matching
  5. Text Hash: Comparison of normalized textual content
  6. Fuzzy Matching: Approximate comparison for small textual variations
  7. Perceptual Hash (4 algorithms): aHash, pHash, dHash, wHash for visual similarity
  8. SSIM (Structural Similarity): Advanced comparison of image structure

Are my documents secure?

Yes, absolutely. All documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR compliant and do not share your data with third parties. You can delete your documents at any time.

What happens to files after processing?

Files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. The system works with temporary sessions — each upload creates a new independent analysis. We do not store your documents permanently, ensuring complete privacy and GDPR compliance. You can also manually delete the session at any time.

What file formats are supported?

We accept PDF, JPG, PNG and ZIP files containing any of these formats. The system automatically processes each page of multi-page PDFs.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, without penalties. You can cancel your subscription at any time and will maintain access until the end of the paid period. There are no long-term contracts.

How is the similarity percentage calculated?

We combine visual (perceptual hash) and textual (OCR) similarity scores. Documents with 95%+ similarity are considered confirmed duplicates. Between 85-94% are marked as possible duplicates for manual review.

Do you offer team plans?

Yes! The Business plan includes multi-users. For larger teams or specific needs (on-premise, SSO, etc), contact us for a custom Enterprise plan.

How long does it take to process many files?

Time depends on quantity and whether you enable OCR:
